We collect only what is needed to run the system:
We do not collect student information, payment data, or any sensitive personal identifiers.

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active and as required by applicable Texas records retention rules. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting your district's system administrator.
Under Texas law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To submit a request, contact your district's system administrator.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version.
For privacy questions, contact your district's system administrator or the designated CNAPY system contact.
